We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful, very comfortable cottage.
We were very fortunate with the weather and the proximity to the coast and beaches were a real bonus to enjoy the winter sunshine. Despite the sun, it was a cold week and the open fire was an extra touch of luxury in the evenings.
Jo was kind enough to let us meet her beautiful and well mannered horses and we hope to return later in the year to meet their foals.

We cannot recommend Jo and Rachel’s cottage enough. A home from home with everything you can think of. The welcome pack is indeed welcoming and full of local treats. The cottage is in an ideal location. Our second visit as we were so impressed by our first, and the second certainly did not disappoint! We will be back again. Thank you so much Jo and Rachel.

Despite being on a main road, you can’t hear any road noise when the windows are closed.
All shops and local attractions are a short car drive away, we even caught the bus to Bridlington during our stay.

Very clean and perfectly kitted out for a family holiday. Great location to investigate what the East Riding has to offer. All of our 10 days were fully occupied ensuring the kids were wiped out by the end of the day and having a full nights sleep. Perfect!
What a fabulous cottage. We have never stayed in a place so well equipped.
It had everything needed, none of this one pan and one baking tray. There were even dog towels and a torch. Immaculately clean. The hosts left a Yorkshire goody/welcome bag, a lovely gesture, full of amazing treats for us and the dogs. We couldn’t have been happier with the cottage. We would 100% recommend.
